  • Has my order shipped?

  • How can I get a copy of my invoice?

    A copy of your invoice can be obtained by logging into your account.

  • I ordered the wrong stuff! What do I do?

    Once you place an order at Concept Clothing, you cannot make changes through the store. We do not make any refund, we will emit a credit to your account. You have 15 days upon your purchase to return the item. Please call us as soon as possible, so we can correct your order before the goods ship. For assistance please email info@concept-clothing.com.

  • When will my order ship?

    Orders typically ship within two days from submission, excluding weekends and holidays. Items normally ship with Canada Post. Actual transit times may be up to 10 days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Accepted forms of payment

    We accept all major credit cards and Paypal.

  • If I order the wrong size, can I return the item?

    Unused product may be returned using our free return shipping labels for store credits. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange product, you will need to return the unwanted product for store credits, and email customer service at info@concept-clothing.com. Please allow 48h before receiving your store credits.

  • Can I return an item that I have used?

    Sorry, only products in new unused condition will be accepted for returns. View Return Policy.

  • How to ship to Vetements Concept Inc.

    1. Pack your product in a carboard box or a poly envelope and use a delivery service that provides insurance and a tracking system;
    2. Vêtements Concept Inc is not responsible for lost parcels during transport;
    3. Write your name, the returning address and your phone number;
    4. Enter a brief description of the problem or the desired service;
    5. A copy of the invoice with proof of date.

    The package must be shipped to the attention of Vêtements Concept Inc, 538, Notre-Dame, Saint-Lambert (Québec), J4P 2K7, Canada.

  • Warranty

    All products are covered under our standard warranty policy.

    Note : No refund. The warranty does not cover garments purchased elsewhere than at Vêtements Concept Inc. or one of its authorized representatives

  • Exclusion

    Not covered damages resulting from misuse, neglect, modification and alteration. Some damages are not covered: fading of color, damage from improper cleaning and normal usage. Hereby, we disclaim all responsibility for any damage or loss whether direct or indirect.

  • What is a CSC code?

    A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is a 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For most online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information. Visa Your identification number is the 3-digit number found on the back of your credit card near the signature panel.
